The EDGE is a Catholic middle school youth ministry created for middle school youth in Grades 6, 7, and 8. The EDGE is designed to meet the educational, spiritual, emotional, and social needs of middle school youth.

We provide EDGE Faith Formation on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings (registration through the Faith Formation Office), and EDGE Issue and Social Nights on scheduled Friday evenings (see Calendar and Events).

Friday EDGE Nights are held at the Youth House (unless otherwise stated). All Middle School Youth are welcome and EDGErs are encouraged to bring friends.

In the Edge, our "Core Members" are the heart of our Youth Ministry. Our CORE team is a group of dedicated and diverse Catholic adults who are willing to minister and mentor to our middle school youth, and to actively present our Catholic Faith, the Gospel, and the teachings and traditions of the Church. The Core member enables a fun and interactive setting where middle school youth experience a mix of activities, spiritual experiences, and age-appropriate faith formation.

Many hands make light work and there are many ways to help out. Time and talent comes in many forms. Just ask us.

Core members who deal directly with our Youth must
be Safe-Environment trained. If you volunteer to drive - a copy of current license and up-to-date proof of insurance is required.
We are all different but we all share the same faith. We strongly encourage Parent participation in our EDGE Ministry. We also encourage our Parents to become Core Members and to join your child as they journey in developing their relationship with Jesus Christ.
